ArborCAD now meets all standards globally. It was originally written to meet the Australian Standards for Tree Protection on Building sites and this standard was based on the old British Standard BS5837: 2005. Because the latest version or ArborCAD has a new feature that allows users to set up their own localised standards based on a table of trunk diameter and stepped formulas, ArborCAD now meets any current and new standards for every region of the globe including the more recent BS5837:2012 UK guidelines. It is therefore also suitable for the North American market. The flexibility of the method means you can keep the software up to date with any changes to standards without having to purchase new software.
